Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Hairberry! We’re committed to delivering your haircare essentials as quickly and smoothly as possible. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we handle orders and deliveries, both within Singapore and internationally.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and sent for delivery within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving full payment.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been sent for delivery.


2. Shipping Within Singapore

We offer island-wide delivery across Singapore.

Delivery Options:

  • Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days –  Flat Fee of $3.50 for all orders.

Note: Delivery times may vary during peak periods, promotions, or due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather disruptions, courier delays).


3. International Shipping

We currently do not ship to any locations outside of Singapore


4. Delivery Issues

If you experience any of the following:

  • Delayed or missing deliveries

  • Incorrect shipping address submitted

  • Damaged or incomplete parcels

Please contact us at +65 8409 4481 within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and our team will assist you as soon as possible.


5. Change of Shipping Address

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact +65 8409 4481 within 2 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes can be made after the order has been processed. 


6. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to pay customs duties, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional shipping fees may apply).
