What hair types are your products suitable for?

Our products, unless stated, are suitable for all hair types! This includes straight to curly hair, fine to coarse hair, low porosity to high porosity hair, as well as coloured/chemically treated hair.

Do you test your products on animals?

In no ways or methods do we or will ever test on animals. We are strictly cruelty-free.

What makes Hairberry different?

We take part in months of research and development to invent innovative products that are infused with berry components to solve your hair problems!

Are you available internationally?

As of now, we only accept orders that are based in Singapore. Don't worry, we have plans to go international very soon!

Do you offer a subscription or loyalty program?

As of now, we do not offer any subscription or loyalty programs.

About Shipping and Delivery

I have placed an order. When will I receive it?

Thank you so much for your support! All orders placed will be fulfilled within 2-3 working days, and our delivery partner taking 2-3 working days.

In total, please expect your order to arrive within 4-6 working days!

There's a problem with my order. How do I contact your team?

We strive to provide all of our customers with maximum value and top-of-the-line customer service.

I need to change my delivery address, what should I do?

We got you! As long as you have placed your order less than 24 hours ago, please contact us to change your name/contact number/email/delivery address/delivery instructions!

Changes in your shipping and delivery details may cause a 2-3 working days delay in your order fulfillment process.

How much does delivery cost?

There is a flat fee of SGD $3.50 for all orders as of now.

I missed my order delivery, what should I do?

Our delivery partner will make up to 3 attempts to deliver your package. If all attempts are unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us. 

In the event your package is returned, we can arrange a re-delivery. However, this will require an additional re-delivery fee of $5.

No refunds will be issued if your order is returned to us due to incomplete or incorrect delivery details provided or after all delivery attempts have failed. Therefore, please ensure all of your shipping information is accurate!
