Returns

Hairberry does not accept any returns.

Exchanges

We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

Only full-sized products can be exchanged. To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original full packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If the shrink wrap plastic surrounding the product box has been torn open, your item is no longer eligible for an exchange. 

Exchanges are only given if your order is incorrect/you have received the wrong items.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
